What we have here looks like a routine traffic stop but it turns into a drunk trying to resist arrest by a officer armed with a taser who is at least two times as big as the drunk. The drunk keeps saying "I'm not doin it" and won't put his hands behind his back. The office puts his flashlight away (here comes trouble). The drunk crosses his arms to prove his point that he won't take the breathalyzer test. The office tries to get his hands but the drunk fends him off. Next the drunk starts heading for his truck (I assume he wanted to get in and drive off). At this point he gets a taser gun in the back and falls to the ground. He rolls around on the ground for a bit and tries to get up which prompts the officer to taser him again. Repeat. Taser. Finally the guy can't take any more tasers and the officer is able to handcuff him.

Resisting arrest usually just makes it worse.
