 Here is a pretty scary video of a news helicopter going crazy over New York City and finally crashing into some buildings. A couple of things I can think of would make it spin around like that which are engine failure, tail rotor failure, or main rotor failure. The person filming the helicopter spinning around does a pretty good job of keeping the helicopter in the center of the camera which means they are either in another helicopter or on top of a pretty high building. When the helicopter actually does crash it tries to set down on top of a white building but then slides off the side. The tail of the helicopter just rips off and the rest of the helicopter pretty much goes splat. After the crash they are filming the crashed helicopter and it looks like the pilot is standing or just got out of the reckage (or it could be a rescuer it is hard to tell).
