You would have no clue what this commercial is for until near the end of the video when they say "If you are serious about quiting smoking talk to a doctor." Anyway, the video starts out with an old guy sitting at his desk popping bubble wrap. The phone starts ringing but instead of answering it he grabs some more bubble wrap and starts going nuts on it. Then he picks up the phone and starts smashing it into the bubble wrap. The video changes to a new scene where the guy is typing at his computer when a paper airplane flies into his cube and almost hits him. He continues his work when another paper airplane flies into his cube and hits him. He grabs his monitor and throws it over the cube wall back at the guy who threw the paper airplane at him. The video changes to a new scene again where two people are talking in front of a shredder machine. The old guy is waiting to use it I assume but he gets tired of waiting for the people to stop talking and move so he grabs the guy's tie who is talking and stuffs it in the shredder. At this point they tell you it is an ad for a drug to help quit smoking. Crazy Euros.
