 There isn't any information on the accident that this 2004 Dodge Viper was involved in but it looks like either someone hit it on the side or it sideswiped something like the back corner of a big rig. As you can see in the photo the passenger side of the car is pretty ripped up starting from the front wheel and going all the way to the back wheel. It seems like there would have been different damage if it had been a side on collision especially witht the small wheel base that the Viper looks to have.
