Apparently there is more than one way to skin a cat or set a rim in a tire in this case. If you don't watch this video closely you won't know what is going on. The guy in the video has some kind of flamable spray can that he is spraying on the rim that is not yet set in the tire. Then he sprays a trail of the flamable stuff off about five feet from the tire and lights the stuff on fire. The flame shoots over to the tire and there is a pop and a screach. Somehow the pressure of the flame causes the rim to pop into place on the tire. I bet you've never seen that before. I would assume another way to do it (the hard way) is with soap and water.
