 This video clip is pretty strange if you ask me. It seems like some kind of foreign SNL skit or something but maybe they filmed it during the Cold War or something. Anyway apparently it is a product to keep you from falling asleep. Instead of stay away pills or something it is a neckless with a blade that pokes up under your chin. If you try to fall asleep it pokes you under the chin. If you DO fall asleep you get stabbed. Like I said an old Soviet torture device or new funny? As in funny ha ha that is really stupid.
