 In this video clip the guy jumps onto the escalator hand rails on the down escalator. He puts his arms on either side and hooks his feet on either side as well. The escalator moves him foward and he dives down the escalator. There is a guy coming up the up escalator who just looks on and doesn't say anything that is audible on the video. When the guy gets to the bottom of the escalator it flattens out so he doesn't fall flat on his face. It looks like they waited until not very many people were around before doing the escalator diving.
