So apparently the guy being interviewed in this video is Frank Chu and he regularly protests in down town San Francisco. During the interview there are a bunch of catcalls and horn honking so I'm not sure if there was other protestors besides this guy or not. It is like listening to a random word generator as he throws out all kinds of science fictionish words over and over (the same kind of stuff that is written on his sign there) as well as name dropping various famous people's names. In the last couple minutes of the interview he started repeating the same sets of word combinations over and over though. The interviewer appears to pay him (or at least tip him) for giving the interview after it is over.
