So apparently the Trojan Nuclear Power Plant (what kind of name is that for a nuke plant?) in Rainier, OR was retired and this is a video of them imploding one of the cooling towers. They placed changes around the base, a fourth of the way up, and about half way up (you can see the charges as a black line zigzagging around the tower before they blow it up). The tower falls silently and disappears beneath it's own smoke. It takes about ten seconds after they first blast it for a giant rolling bomb (of it hitting the ground I assume) to reach the location of the camera. There are at least ten different videos from different angles of this same implosion linked off this video.
