Here is a weird video of something called a 'Time Fountain' which is an illusion that looks like water drops as suspended in air. Apparently the drops of water have fluorescence in them which causes them to glow in the dark. The guy has a rack of blacklight (ultraviolet) lights setup near where the water is dripping. The lights are timed to the water dropping so it looks like the drops are suspended in air. Additionally he can make it look like the drops are falling in slow motion by varying the blacklight flashs. Lastly near the end of the video the water drops seem to reverse and flow upwards.
