Pink has a new "music video" out called "Stupid Girls" which is actually interesting political commentary out how women are portrayed in the media. It shows a kid watching TV where it spoofs various different videos like Paris Hilton, breast implant operations, Jessica Simpson, bulimia, Britney Spears, rap videos, and some other stuff. One of the questions it asks is there are the women presidents they promised us? And I'd like to add where are the flying cars they promised us? What kind of future is this anyway? Bah!
Here is a video clip from a British TV show called Top Gear or some such where they demonstrate the handling of a European car called the IGo or some such by playing a giant car based game. They have maybe five cars on each team and giant soccer ball with which they proceed to play soccer er I mean football with the cars. It's pretty much bumpercar soccer though they do have professional drivers in all of the cars so the crashs seem to have been kept to a minimum. In the end one team scores two goals and the other team scores one goal. They only show one fairly damaging crash where a car lost a hubcap and took some body damage.
Here is another illusion video by the same Japanese illusionist who we've seen in a couple other videos that have been posted. In this video he does a couple warm up tricks where he shoots cards at a window and the chosen card sticks to the window plus a trick where he switchs the card from one side to the other. For main trick he goes down into a glass bottomed boat and sets up a card with the audience by writing on it and ripping a corner off. Then he shoots the cards at the window and the chosen card is stuck on the OUTSIDE of the glass bottomed boat window. He covers it with a cloth, reachs his hand through, and pulls the card back through the window to the inside (or at least that is the illusion). It looks to me like he reachs down and pulls the card out of the cloth that is covering the window.
I think we may have posted another video like this one previously where there was a girl on a stage that does a similar trick. The difference in this video is that this old Asian guy takes to the streets and does the trick in front of unsuspecting people. Basically he walks up to people, coughs, and his head drops into his hands. The people freak out (watch their faces in the video for a good time). The trick is the guy is wearing a wire shoulder unit where he can bend down and his shoulders and shirt stay where they are making it look like his head just dropped off.
I think we've posted a video of this Japanese magician guy before where he pulled a hamburger out of a sign and then put it back again. In this video he is sitting down at a glass coffee table with a bunch of people around. He gets a coin from one of the people and puts it in the middle of the glass table. He puts his hand over he coin on top of the glass and his other hand under the glass below the coin. The coin passes through the glass and ends up in his hand below the glass. As far as I can tell he simply palms the coin above the glass. If you watch his hand he takes the three fingers of his hand and curls them into a fist while pointing at the coin below the table with the forth finger. However, for his next trick he grabs a salt shaker and hands it to one of the people sitting at the table. She taps the glass above and below and finally holds the salt shaker below the glass. He puts both hands above the salt shaker and the top side of the glass. The girl lets go of the salt shaker and he pulls the salt shaker through the glass. If you watch closely you can see the reflection of his hand on the glass above the salt shaker as he is pulling it through the glass. So is this guy a ninja or what?
Here is a music video (and music really has nothing to do with the video at all) where they recorded this guy eating a bunch of different foods. They then took the video and reversed it so instead of eating the food he is basically pulling all the food out of his mouth and putting it on the plates around him. The music track was then layed over it (so feel free to mute it if you want). He eats (or spits out depending on how you look at it) all kinds of stuff like hotdogs, celery, hard boiled eggs, chips, anchovies, (drinks) water, an ice cream cone, a banana, and a slice of watermelon among other things.
In this video which appears to have been filmed in Germany they setup a fake "waterbed" in a mattress showroom in what appears to be a mall or some such. The waterbed is actually a square pool of water with a piece of foam placed over it so it looks like a mattress. Various different people come over to the bed and attempt to try out the waterbed which usually consists of them falling backwards onto it or just jumping on it. They expect it to catch them but since it is a fake all they get is a dousing in the pool of water. There are quite a few cameras around (which I assume are hidden) which they cut between to catch the people getting doused with water. The funniest one is the mother who falls back into it and the look on her kids face. His mouth is hanging open in awe. They must have to reset the bed after someone falls for it because the foam would be all wet and there would be water all over the floor.
Here is another video from "Ask A Ninja" and this time the question for the ninja master was "How can I teach my dog ninja tricks?". The ninja master says it's possible but you have to be careful especially with tricks like moving through walls and doors. He dubs dog ninjas, "caninjas", as in Canine Ninjas. He goes on to say that he had one friend who taught his poodle hypersonic ninja speed or some such and it ripped his arms right out of his sockets. Other things he mentions are that after dogs become ninjas they are no longer mans best friends. This "Ask a Ninja" guy is really turning these videos out now with at least eleven different episodes.
