In this video the camera is mounted on a model rocket facing downwards as it launchs. It looks like they launch multiple rockets at the same time from the smoke trails. Also if you look at 0:11 in the video it seems like either the video distorts or the fins on the tail of the rocket turn into jelly for a few seconds before reverting back to their static positions.
Here's a crazy video of a two legged robot that balances and walks upright on it's own. The information with the video also says the robot learns the more it balances. They also show a second robot trying to push it over and it corrects it's balance.
In this interesting video they demonstrate a working orithopter model which flies around a school gym. A orithopter is an airplane that flats it's wings like a bird. It's hard to tell what is powering the flapping wings in this video. It could be a rubberband or a really small battery motor.
Here's an interesting video which uses a bunch of facts to lead up to the main point of the video which is the coming singularity. The singularity is supposidly the point where change is happening so fast that we won't be able to imagine what will happen from our present perspective.
This video is three different zero gravity experiments done on the ISS. The first clip is of how waves behave in a zero gravity sphere of water. The second shows an air bubble inside the sphere and the third shows an antacid tablet activating in a zero gravity water sphere.
This strange video features two people racing around a race track without any race cars. The video is in stop motion with the people moving to create motion between frames. The people sit on the ground and pretend to drive cars around the track for a good time.
This video shows off a prototype of a house building robot. The robot has a pattern that it follows and it just builds one layer on top of another by laying out material (like concrete) and contouring it. The initial robot in the video is a small prototype which seems to be using clear and near the end of the video it moves to larger prototypes using concrete.
Here is a photo of a duckling with four legs which poped up on the most emailed photos on Yahoo. Apparently the duck was discovered in England at a duck farm. The two extra feet don't seem to be as correctly formed as the normal two feet of the duck. Hard to tell if the extra legs are usable or not as well. Makes you wonder what they feed ducks in England and are they down river from a nuclear power plant to get their extra mutant on.
