This video is a set of clips of a guy doing various tricks on a pool table. Every one of his shots are exactly right on. He shoots a star pattern of pool balls into the pockets. He hits the side of the table with a pool bar and flips a coin into a glass. He stacks up three pool balls on top of a glass of soda and knocks the bottom two balls off and leaves the third ball on top of the glass. Plus a bunch of other amazing stuff that neither you nor I can do with a pool table, some pool cues, and a rack of pool balls.
Here we have a video of a bunker buster bomb test. They have an arch set up to represent the three or four feet of concrete that the average bunker would be built with. The bomb slams into the top of it and propels the munitions down through the four feet of concrete into the "bunker" area where a dummy plane is stored. You can actually see the munition package shoot down near the ground before exploding. I would have to say that their bunker buster worked pretty good and this isn't even the shaped nuclear variant.
Alrighty then. Fighter pilots sitting in jets are officially obsolete. This video features a working scale model replica of a F14 jet that takes off and lands by remote control. The video starts out with the guys connecting the fuel line or firing the engines up. Then they taxi the jet out to a runway and take off all using a remote control. The video shows the jet doing some acrobatic stuff in the air and then it comes back for a landing. Make way for the remote control robots people.
In this video clip there is a little kid who is maybe six or seven years old shooting baskets with a basketball. The kid shoots and scores 18 baskets in a row on camera. A good portions of the shots are nothing but net. Is this kid the new Tiger Woods for basketball? Finally on the 19th shot the kid misses. Pretty amazing I guess but if all you do is sit around and shoot basketballs all day I assume you're going to get good at it. You can see a toy basketball basket in some of the video off to the right of the main basket.
Now normally I would have to say that golf is one of the more stupider sports out there but we'll make an exception for this video. Here we have Tiger Woods about 25 feet from the hole down a little slope. It takes his time and finally hits the golf ball. It goes out and lands about four feet below the hole. From here it starts to roll towards the hole and keeps rolling and rolling. The crowd and the announcers are starting to go crazy at this point (and seriously how often do crowds at gold games go crazy). The golf ball rolls up and stops right on the lip of the hole. And then rolls in. Nice. The real question is how much did he win in this tourney?
This could only happen in Asia. In this video clip from an Asian TV show we have a lady who has trained flies. The flies are trained to roll over and the lady moves her finger around in a circle. Then the lady puts a small ball on top of the fly (which is on it's back) and the fly spins the ball around. But wait, that's not all! So first the lady does this with one fly. And then two flies. And finally there are four flies rolled over on their backs each twirling a little ball around. I don't think they are your normal house flies though. They look like some kind of wasp based on their coloring. Flies don't live long enough to train I wouldn't think but a wasp would.
The guy in this video is drumming on a bunch of different buckets. For most of the video he only drums on the main bucket in front of him but near the end of the clip be drums on the other buckets as well. The amazing thing about it though is how fast he can drum. He drums non-stop for at least 3 minutes and he is drumming FAST. A few people walking by stop to watch a couple times. The guy also uses his feet to lift the main bucket up which creates a different sound adding to the "bucket beat".
Here we have a compilation video of a bunch of different nuclear tests from around the web. I have seen some of these before in documentaries but a lot of them I hadn't seen. There are too many to detail each different clip but some of the most notable clips in the video are as follows. There is a video clip of what looks like a rail car mounted big gun loading and shooting off a small nuke. There is a video clip of an underground explosion where the earth heaves up and finally a whole bunch of fire and smoke bursts up through the ground. A few other clips are from cameras mounted inside or on ships near a nuclear test. The bulkheads buckle in most clips and a dummy they have setup on one of the ships near a nuclear test is blown up into the air and spins around like a top. The video ends with a top down shot of a nuclear test blasting out in a star pattern.
