This site features a number of images of cartoon drawings that are reaching out or interacting with the artists hands in the drawing. The first cartoon has a butcher grabbing the artist's wrist right through the page. The second cartoon has a Japanese ninja woman slicing the artist's pencil into pieces. These are followed by the artist keeping a gorilla at bay with his pen and holding a rabid dog away from him by the collar. The real question is did the artist take photos of his own hands or draw them? If he took photos did he take the photos before or after he drew the cartoons? I'm going to go with the artist took photos of his hand positions beforehand and then drew the cartoons to match.
I've watched this story build for a couple days and finally decided to post it. Apparently a guy in Pakistan who is in prison for four years woke up one day (he claims) with a lightbulb stuck in his bum. He told the doctors he has no idea how it go there (if it was the guards or another prisoner). The photo here is an x-ray of the guy with the lightbulb stuck in his bum. The guy is in prison for selling or attempting to sell alcohol in Pakistan (which is against Islamic law). According to the article I read on the story they successfully extracted the lightbulb without it breaking. If it had broken the guy would have been in a world of hurt.
So the latest most emailed photo on Yahoo is this photo of a three armed baby that was born in China. There isn't any information on if his third arm actually works normally or not but by the way it is there I'm thinking it probably does. I did see some additional info on another site which said he is missing a kidney though. Additionally, it looks like the normal arm on the same side as the third arm is also somewhat non-normal (the elbow seems wrong and so does the wrist and length of the thumb). So now they are breeding three armed Chinese ninjas in China to take over the world or is this just from some serious river pollution? If you had three arms you could carry a secret weapon, use two mice at the same time, or even be 33% better than all the other ninjas on the planet. It's the new rage. Why settle for only two?
So apparently there is a Flickr photo pool which contains a bunch of crazy looking photos of tesla coils in action. This photo is of a tesla coil out in someones driveway in the suburbs arcing into the person's front yard. There are a bunch of other crazy photos as well which are mostly taken inside with smaller tesla coils. Apparently the streamers from the coils can set things on fire and tesla coils create ozone which is probably why this one is placed outside. Lastly these things make a bunch of noise which I'm sure the neighbors in this photo were happy with.
A day or so ago I read an article about this guy in Mexico who they estimate weighs something like 1200 pounds. Apparently they don't have a scale that can weight him so that is really just an estimate based on how big around he his. They think he is probably the largest living human at the moment. The world record seems to be at around 1400 pounds from a guy who died awhile ago. According to the article this 1200 pound guy has contected a doctor in Italy and at some point in the near future he will be traveling there on a special plane to have the stomach reducing surgery. If this guy can't even stand up on his own how does he use the restroom and how much food does he had to eat to stay the size he is?
Here is a photo of a car accident which happened in the UAE between a Lamborghini and a BMW. As you can see in the photo the Lamborghini took some pretty good body damage to the front and the rear of the car. The passenger compartment of the Lamborghini stayed intact though as far as I can tell and there isn't any information regarding injuries that occured in the accident. It is probably pretty rare that two pretty expensive cars crash into each other. So who wins when a Lamborghini and a BMW have a head on for the win? Apparently no one.
So the most emailed photo on Yahoo for today was this photo of a lamb which was born with six legs in Belgium. This fits right in with all the other mutant animal photos (remember the two headed snake and the one eyed kitten). So is the farm where this lamb was born down river from any nuclear power plants, in the fallout path from Chernobyl, or is this just random mutation? Is a lamb with six legs a better all terrain vehicle than a lamb with four legs? Would you eat the meat from a lamb that had six legs?
Real or fake? The Sri Lankan model in the photo has what appear to be 4 inch long painted fingernails. I'm pretty sure they are stick on nails but you never know (if you've ever seen the Guiness World Book Of Records photos for the longest fingernails). Her fingernails come out about four inchs and then curl at the end. On the end of each fingernail is clipped a fake butterfly. The fingernails seem to be painted transparent pink with sparkles on them and they pretty much all look the same. The caption for the photo doesn't say one way or another. If they were real I doubt you'd be able to have that amount of conformity. Imagine trying to do anything with four inch long fingernails. Yeah.
