This is the second or third car accident photo or video that I've seen involving an H2 Humvee. According to the caption for this photo the guy was towing a boat which he had just bought when a teenager without insurance pulled out in front of him. Suffice to say both vehicles were totaled. However, the only damage I can see to the Hummer in the photo is the fact that the left front tire is ripped off. I don't really see any damage to that side of the car at all. The front bumper bar seems to be intact as well. And the insurance company wrote this off as a total?
This photo is the back of someones head at a tattoo convention. It looks like a asian themed dragon head and this photo is currently one of the most emailed photos on Yahoo. The only problem I see with tattoos is that personally I would grow board with one after a few seconds. Now if tattoo's were made up of some kind of fiber optic matric where you could change the image on the fly that might be something that is worth while. This isn't one of those though and this guy has a asian themed dragon perminently tattooed on the back of his head. Whatever floats your boat right?
One of the most emailed photos on Yahoo right now is a picture of this baby porcupine. Apparently, it was born at the National Zoo in Washington according to the caption for the photo. The only question I have is how long before their tines get sharp and poky? It looks like it already has three or four inch long whiskers and three inch long fur already.
The most emailed photo on Yahoo right now is a photo of what people are calling the Virgin Mary under a bridge in Chicago. According to the caption for the photo police say it was probably caused by road salt which dripped from the roadway above onto the wall. If you've ever driven under an underpass you've probably seen seepage stains on the cement walls under the underpass as well. Apparently the ability to see "faces" and such in clouds (and in salt crystals on walls) is called Pareidolia and you can find out more about it here.
Now there is a face only a mother could love. This is currently the most emailed photo on Yahoo. It is of the first captive bred "aye-aye" to be born in the UK. The aye-aye is a aboreal nocturnal lemur but if you ask me it looks like a long haired mutant rat that has been drinking to much radiated water. Apparently the aye-aye is the largest nocturnal primate in the world. Frankly this thing is just plain weird looking. If fact it kind of looks like Dobbie from the Harry Potter movies.
And again we have another Porsche car accident which was wrecked by a teenager joy riding. It seems that a lot of these wrecked luxury car photos that we post coinside with the blog we wrote about the likelyhood of new luxury cars getting in an accident. It was something like some of them are wrecked the first day they are driven off the lot. Which leads to the bottom like that inexperienced drivers in sports cars have a very high rate of accidents. Don't let your kids joy ride in your sports cars people. Common sense. In this accident photo a 17 year old crashed this Porsche into a bus stop on Australia.
Apparently this Porsche was in a single car accident but it looks pretty badly damaged. In fact it looks like the whole car is almost bent in half. The front wheels and jammed back against the passenger compartment and the dashboard is a good two feet above where it would normally be. The caption for the photo doesn't really say so it is pretty hard to guess what the Porsche would have hit to cause it to crunch up like that. I don't see the engine under the hood at all. It either dropped out or slid down under or into the passenger compartment.
Now here is a car accident photo that you don't see every day. Or should I say cactus accident photo? Anyway there really isn't any information to go with this photo but as you can see this giant cactus fall over on the back of this car. The entire back of the car is basically flattened to the ground. And that car isn't one of the fiberglass things they make today. It's an older car which probably actually has steel in it. You wouldn't think a cactus would be that heavy but there you have it.
