In this video which appears to have been filmed in Romania there is a guy standing on top of a car. The car drives towards two burning rings of fire and the guy has to jump through the burning rings and land back on the car. Everything works great in the first stunt but the send time they give it a go it doesn't quite go as planned. Somehow the side of the car bursts into flames or they spray it with fire and the car swerves into the crowd. At the receiving end of the burning car is a news reporter and his cameraman. The news reporter gets half run over by the burning car. Ouch.
In this video which looks like it happened in Asia somewhere there is a chemical truck on fire on a freeway. There are a bunch of fire crews all around trying to keep the truck cool but the fire is rapidly spiraling out of control. Around half way through the video the truck loses it and explodes in a HUGE fireball that engulfs the surrounding firetrucks and guys. You really have to watch the video to get an idea of how big of an explosion it really is. The fire cloud stretchs up over the video camers recording the fire. Near the end of the video it says four people suffered burns but no one was hurt in the giant blast.
Oh that's gotta hurt. This jet fighter takes off from the runway during an airshow and starts it's climb up into the air. At some point during the climb it loses power and turns over. I would guess that the pilot pulled the nose back so as to be flying upright again and then attempts to bring it down for a landing or at least an ejection. He gets down pretty close to the ground and then ejects. Right after that the plane plows into the runway and makes a pretty good fireball as it goes along. The flame just last very long though and at the end there is only lots of smoke.
The reporter in this video gets utterly destroyed by a snow plow. Apparently she is standing next to a snowy road reporting on kids playing in snow banks next to the road. This is dangerous because snow plows come along and clear the roads. Now right behind her a snow plow comes along and bombards her with a whole heap of snow. She is literally blow out of the camera view and the camera is covered in snow as well. Here is a hint lady. When you hear a snow plow coming, don't stand there.
This video clip looks like it might have been filmed in Iraq. There is a washing machine out in the center of a desert area. The guys behind the camera count down three... two... one... BOOOM. The washing machine explodes and giant pieces of sharp metal come slicing through the smoke and dust at the camera men. I don't think anyone was hit but those pieces of the washing machine were flying pretty fast. I don't think I would have wanted to be standing in the way when one of those came flying past.
This video clip is pretty shoot and shows a few cops subdueing a suspect. Now there is the one cop handcuffing the guy on the ground. Another cop is holding a gun on the guy and this is where it gets interesting. The cop holding the gun accidently fires it or somehow it goes off. This scares the crap out of the cop handcuffing the guy and he jumps back. The cop that fired the gun is also scared out of her wits and quickly puts the gun away. And then we have the prisoner guy who probably crapped his pants. He is just looking up at the cop like she is crazy and being glad he is still alive.
So these people are driving along in their hatchback when the car starts to smoke. They pull over and open the hood to find some flicker of flames up near the dashboard. The smoke just gets worse and worse. They get out a fire extinguisher but as far as I can tell they never actually get it to work. Probably couldn't get the pin out or the plastic lock broken. The flames are realling coming out of the dashboard now. Fastfoward a little bit and the car gets slowly engulfed by fire. The firetrucks finally show up and put the fire out in a giant cloud of smoke and steam. The car is a total loss.
Here is a pretty classic speech by President Bush where the ending choice quote is: "They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people and neither do we." Who is this guy's speech writer anyway? And on top of that doesn't he read what he is about to say?
